Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the game Feira Sort processes, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. The game is developed by Felipe Kanai, an individual based in Brazil, who is responsible (the controller) for the data described here. Contact: [email protected].
Summary
- No sign-up needed: the game does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress is stored on your device and in a backup linked to an anonymous identifier.
- The game is free and supported by Google AdMob ads and optional purchases through the App Store or Google Play.
- Where the law requires it (such as in Europe and on iPhone), personalized ads are shown only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
- We do not sell your data.
1. Data the game processes
1.1 Progress and settings
Current level, coins, boosters, lives, daily rewards, preferences (sound, vibration, language, reminders) and a random player identifier, shown in Settings as "ID" to help with support. Stored on your device. Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (playing).
1.2 Backup, remote settings and statistics (Unity Gaming Services)
We use services from Unity Technologies to: create an anonymous login (no name or email); keep a cloud backup of your progress; adjust the game remotely (for example, difficulty and offers); and measure, statistically, how the game is used (levels played and won, where players stop, ads watched, purchases, device model, operating system, language and approximate country). Legal basis: performance of the service (backup) and our legitimate interest in improving the game; where the law requires consent for statistics, they are only collected with it.
1.3 Ads (Google AdMob)
Google AdMob shows ads in the game, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch. To do so, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (the Android advertising ID or, on iPhone, the IDFA, only if you allow it), IP address, device and system information, approximate location derived from the IP address, and your interactions with ads. This data is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, with your consent where required, personalize ads. See how Google uses data from partner apps. Legal basis: consent where required; otherwise, our legitimate interest in keeping the game free.
1.4 In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive card or payment details: we only receive the purchase confirmation (product, date and transaction identifier) to deliver the item and let you restore purchases. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract.
1.5 Notifications
If you turn on "Notify me when lives are full", the game schedules a notification on your device. No data is sent for this. You can turn it off in the game's Settings or your device settings.
1.6 Support
If you write to us, we use your email address and whatever you send (including the ID, game version and device model that the game adds to the message) only to reply and resolve your request.
2. Your ad choices
- Europe (EU/EEA), the UK and Switzerland, and US states with privacy laws: the game shows Google's consent message before requesting ads. You can review your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy policy in the game.
- iPhone: the IDFA is only used if you tap "Allow" on Apple's tracking prompt. To change it: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Buying "No Ads" removes the ads between levels. Rewarded ads remain optional.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with the providers that make the game work, each with its own policy:
- Google (AdMob and Google Play): policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services): unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Apple (App Store): apple.com/legal/privacy
Google's advertising partners may receive data according to your consent choice. In some US states, using data for personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out in Settings → Privacy policy. We may also disclose data when required by law.
4. International transfers
These providers may process data outside Brazil, for example in the United States, with the safeguards provided by the LGPD and the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Data on your device: until you clear the game's data or uninstall it.
- Backup and statistics: while you play and for up to 2 years of inactivity, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Ad data: according to Google's policies.
- Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Your rights
Depending on the law where you live (such as the LGPD in Brazil, the GDPR in Europe, and the laws of California and other US states), you can ask for: confirmation of and access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. To do so, email [email protected] with your player ID (in the game's Settings). Since we don't ask for your name or email, the ID is how we find your data. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Children
Feira Sort is a game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and ads are limited to content suitable for all audiences. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data, such as encrypted communication (HTTPS) with the services. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risks.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Important changes will also be announced in the game.
