Delete your data
You can ask us to delete the data linked to your Feira Sort account at any time, without giving a reason. Since the game does not ask for your name or email, we find your data by your player ID.
How to request it
- Open Feira Sort and tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Contact us: the email already includes your ID, game version and device model. If you prefer, write down the ID shown at the bottom of Settings.
- Send it to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and your ID.
- We confirm the deletion by email within 15 days.
If you have already uninstalled the game and don't have the ID, write to us anyway with the device you played on, your approximate level and your leaderboard nickname, if you had one. We will try to find your account.
What is deleted
- The cloud backup of your progress (level, coins, boosters, lives and other game data).
- Your entries on the worldwide and regional leaderboards, your reserved nickname, avatar, flag and region.
- The anonymous sign-in and its link to your Google Play Games or Game Center account.
- Usage statistics linked to your ID in Unity's services.
- The email with your request, once it has been handled.
What may be kept
- Purchases: purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. That is why, after deletion, you can still recover "No Ads" in Settings → Restore purchases. Coins and items already used do not come back.
- Ads: ad data is kept by Google. You can reset your device's advertising ID and manage your data at myadcenter.google.com.
- Aggregated statistics: overall numbers that don't identify anyone (for example, how many people beat level 10).
Data on your device
Your progress is also stored on your phone. To erase it, uninstall the game or clear the app's data in your device settings. If you request deletion and keep the game installed, it starts from scratch the next time it connects.
Deleting only part of it
You can also ask to remove only your leaderboard nickname, or only the cloud backup, and keep the rest. Just say so in your email.
